Fernando’s Boats is THE BEST! We took a day trip to Capri, Positano, and Nerano (plus some other hidden gems) with our amazing captain Tony and his son/first mate Franco. Since it was our last day in Italy, Tony went above and beyond to make it incredibly special, even booking lunch and dinner for us at restaurants owned by his friends: one in Nerano and one in Sorrento.

We also brought our 10-month-old baby with us, and both Tony and Franco made sure the boat was perfect for our family. It was the highlight of our entire trip, and I can’t recommend Fernando’s Boats enough—especially Captain Tony and Franco. They are extraordinary people, and we’re truly grateful to have met them!

My partner and I really enjoyed our trip to Capri. Luigi, the captain, and Fernando were both very informative and friendly. A fantastic day trip – highly recommended, as the tour never felt rushed at all. We had plenty of free time – the best moment was the swimming stop.

The day on the boat from Sorrento to Capri with Luigi as our captain was truly magical. The boat was impeccably clean and gave a real sense of luxury. As a family of four, we shared the experience with two other lovely families, and there was plenty of space. On board, there was a bathroom, a shower, and a well-stocked fridge with drinks and beer.

Luigi, our captain, was incredibly kind and skilled, working tirelessly to ensure everyone was comfortable. We stopped for a swim in a beautiful spot halfway between Sorrento and Capri. Snorkeling masks and pool mats were available, and the water was deep enough to dive off the boat.

Once we arrived at Marina Piccola in Capri, we enjoyed a sandwich with a breathtaking view of the beach. Then we walked to the bus station, where we took a bus for €2.50 per person to reach the center of Capri.

At 3:00 PM, Luigi welcomed us back, and we sped back along the Sorrentine Coast. It was spectacular!

Tony and Franco were absolutely fantastic and so kind! They were extremely caring and helpful, teaching us so much about Capri and sharing fun curiosities! They went well beyond what was expected, recommending restaurants and connecting us with helpful people. They even booked a beautiful restaurant for us in Sorrento!
